Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable to purchases made through Cimple Microfinance. To be eligible for a refund, users must provide proof of purchase.
Eligible Circumstances for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- In the event of accidental or duplicate transactions.
- If the purchased service or product is not provided as described.
- Other exceptional circumstances approved by ENZTA.
Refund Procedure
Users must contact ENZTA within 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] and include details of the purchase and the reason for the refund request.
Refund Processing
- Upon approval of a refund request, ENZTA will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Processing times for refunds may vary based on the payment provider and may take 14 days to reflect in the user’s account.
Non-Refundable Items or Services
- Certain items or services may not be eligible for refunds unless required by law.
- Non-refundable items or services will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
